1. Introduction

Welcome to the Women Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (WCCIMA) Digital Platform (“Platform”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all services, resources, tools, applications, content, events, directories, training materials, and community features provided through the Platform.

By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Professional experience

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of information published on their profiles.

7. Mentor Services

Mentors participating on the Platform agree to:

  • Provide professional and ethical guidance;
  • Maintain confidentiality where appropriate;
  • Avoid conflicts of interest;
  • Refrain from discriminatory or abusive behavior.

WCCIMA does not guarantee the quality, outcome, or effectiveness of mentorship relationships.

Mentorship services are provided independently by participating mentors.

8. Resource Library and Learning Content

The Platform may provide:

  • Training courses
  • Educational materials
  • Business resources
  • Webinars
  • Toolkits
  • Reports
  • Templates

These materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Users may not:

  • Reproduce content without authorization;
  • Sell or redistribute content;
  • Remove copyright notices.

9. Events and Programs

The Platform may facilitate:

  • Workshops

Participation in events may be subject to separate registration requirements and policies.

WCCIMA is not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

Users should independently verify information before making business decisions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

WCCIMA shall not be liable for:
